Flower project Project coordinator – Technology, Academic/
Research, School Communications

Project Coordinator – Technology:

Roles

  • Collaborate and work closely with schools, ensure clear communication between both parties

  • Tailor the Flower project based on school’s individual needs

  • Coordinate logistics and prepare materials to ensure smooth workshop execution

  • Assist in training school ambassadors prior to workshops to ensure they are well-prepared and equipped for their roles

 

Requirement

  • Studying/ obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • Passionate about mental health advocacy

  • experience in project coordination within technology or IT-related role

  • Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and methodologies (preferred)

  • Strong organizational capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English

Project Coordinator – Academic/Research:

 

Roles

  • Communicate and work closely with university faculty and the psychologist team to ensure that workshop content is relevant and aligns with existing curricula

  • Partner with academic researchers to design and implement studies that evaluate the effectiveness and impact of workshops

  • Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for academic research projects

Requirement

  • Studying (Year 3 or above)/ obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

  • Relevant experience in the research/ academia field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse academic audiences

  • Leadership skills, coordinating resources and manpower

Project Coordinator – School Communications:

 

Roles

  • Collaborate and work closely with schools, ensure clear communication between both parties

  • Tailor the Flower project based on school’s individual needs

  • Coordinate logistics and prepare materials to ensure smooth workshop execution

  • Assist in training school ambassadors prior to workshops to ensure they are well-prepared and equipped for their roles

Requirement

  • Studying (Year 3 or above)/obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

  • Prior experience in project coordination, preferably within educational or community-based settings

  • Strong organizational capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English

Notes:

These openings are unpaid volunteering positions based in Hong Kong. Volunteering periods are subject for discussion.
